CNBC Virtual Town Hall
DAV NATIONAL SPECIAL MESSAGE
CNBC Virtual Town Hall for America’s Veterans

As the ongoing coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold, veterans face growing uncertainty that goes beyond our health and the wellbeing of our families. We must all be concerned about our fellow veterans’ financial futures. It’s impossible to predict how jobs, small businesses and retirement savings will be affected, and the members of our unique community undoubtedly need guidance to find their way forward.
That’s why we’re proud to announce that DAV will partner with Comcast NBCUniversal Military and Veteran Affairs, and CNBC’s Invest in You: Ready. Set. Grow. for an exciting online event.

The Financial Path Forward: a Virtual Town Hall for America’s Veterans is currently scheduled to take place on June 3, 2020, at 1 p.m. EST. It will provide veterans and caregivers in DAV’s network with direct access to some of our nation’s most trusted and knowledgeable financial experts.
Hosted by CNBC Correspondent Contessa Brewer, experts will offer simple, straightforward, and actionable strategies to empower veterans to achieve the American dream they helped defend. We invite you to share this information, fill out a survey on your personal feelings at this unprecedented time and submit questions about your financial security to be considered by the panel.

Please visit www.DAV.org/pathforward no later than May 13, 2020, to respond to our survey and submit your question. Keep in mind that participants who wish to ask questions will need a computer and a reliable internet connection throughout the event. Selected participants will be notified in advance. A link to the event will be posted on our social networks.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our members to get some expert advice about how they can best adapt their finances to the ever-changing world around them.

Thank you for your consideration and for sharing this link and important information with your networks.
With sincere gratitude for your service,
